The owners care about their gym, athletes, and their community. “I love this gym! I met my best friend here years ago and many other friendly people through the years. I admit that I did leave temporarily for a gym with classes, but quickly came back because I missed the "family" atmosphere and the warm welcoming every time I walked in from Sarah and Seth. For a small gym, which makes it easier to meet new people, even if they are just visiting, they have a great assortment of equipment that is maintained regularly. This is also the cleanest gym that I have ever been to. Sarah, with her vibrant personality, is constantly cleaning equipment, mirrors, windows and vacuuming the floor. So I'll continue to work out here for a good workout and happy friendly people!”
“My husband and I come from out of town every year and we decided to give this gym a try while we were here! Glad we did! Very nice and professional staff helped us get set up for the week! The gym itself is clean with lots of different cardio and weight options! Will definitely be returning!”

“My favorite gym I have been a part of. I’ve been going here 6 months. The atmosphere makes me want to work hard. The gym is continually adding new equipment and expanding. I love the posing rooms to take pics after a good lift. I don’t necessarily like that the locker rooms are co-ed, but this is easily resolved by going the posing/dressing rooms or the bathrooms.”
