“Love this USPS! My packages always arrive on time, and it’s never crowded. Plus, the postmaster Mike is such a kind person and always friendly. Plenty of parking in the front and on the side. Definitely prefer going to this USPS instead of the ones in Gainesville or Ocala!”

“I wasn't home when a certified letter arrived today Saturday and being Monday is a holiday I figured it would be at least Tuesday before I can get it redelivered to me. I tried calling the usps and got a live rep, from my hometown of Brooklyn NY Robert,and he was terrific. I gave him the tracking number and he saw that the Ocala hub was already closed for the holiday but processed redelivery instructions so I'll get it Tuesday. I sold this guitar before the tariffs to a buyer in France and the usps.com gave me the best price to ship to France,amazing. USPS does a terrific job. Thank you.”

I am giving 5 stars for that sweet, smiling and very helpful little black lady that I have always had the good fortune to get when I go to this post office, which isn't often. Her attitude is great and she always has made me feel welcome!”
