“I wasn't home when a certified letter arrived today Saturday and being Monday is a holiday I figured it would be at least Tuesday before I can get it redelivered to me. I tried calling the usps and got a live rep, from my hometown of Brooklyn NY Robert,and he was terrific. I gave him the tracking number and he saw that the Ocala hub was already closed for the holiday but processed redelivery instructions so I'll get it Tuesday. I sold this guitar before the tariffs to a buyer in France and the usps.com gave me the best price to ship to France,amazing. USPS does a terrific job. Thank you.”

“I've been going to this place for twenty years now and I've never had bad service. Just recently I went to mail a part to a business, but I didn't have the mailing label printed out. I went to the front desk, purchased a $2.18 plastic padded mailing envelope, and James was very helpful. He printed out my label for me so I wouldn't have to run back to the house, taped it on for me and didn't charge a dime extra.
