“There is a saying that I heard many years ago how a person's personality, care and concern for others can really make a difference to an outcome. That person for me is CubeSmart General Manager Mike.
I received a card in the mail saying my unit was increasing (I just had an increase less than a year ago) which was a struggle, and now this increase would start in less than a month.
A few days later I would be in Ocala and I was blessed to see a sign that said (Junking for JESUS). I was lead to stop there and they were available at that time and could empty my unit that same day. So I got them to go with me to take everything. The sad part was there were items that were very special to me, but I did not have a place to bring them to right now.
Mike understood my situation and he never gave up.
Now thanks to Mike's patience and understanding for what I was going through on 4/16/26, I am in a unit I can afford and I did not have to lose the items that I could never replace. I was able to sleep well for the first time in a long time.

“I had an issue in the past there well today I met the new property manager and had an issue with my space and she was able to take care of it and got me fixed up in no time and not once complained about it. If you need to store stuff check this one out.”
“I rented a storage unit from this location from 2021-2023. For two years I had no complains. The price was right and they always kept the place well maintained. There’s a code to use to enter and cameras are present for safety. Although being there two years and constant usage of the place I never had any bad experiences. They truly saved my life when things went sideways during Covid times. I will for ever be grateful for their services.”

Every single time I stop in at the property she makes sure to come out of the office to greet me with a huge smile and ask how my day is going and if anything new has happened in my life recently making me feel like family. She never fails to ask if I have any questions, issues or concerns with my space or the property as she moves around to several different properties throughout the week. She is so patient with helping me and never makes me feel like I’m bothering her. Her customer service is top tier. She makes me feel like a priority and never rushes me or brushes my issues off. If she doesn’t have answer to my question or concern she’ll call or reach out someone who does and when she says she will get back to me she does. She truly is such an amazing young lady.
