“The facility is a well maintained and fully secure state of the art lot for Boats and RVs. The amenities are stellar. Everything you would need to start or end your camping trip is here. Dump station, water fill, ice machine, tire air hose, and washing your RV/equipment or boat. A lot of thought went into the design of this facility. Different levels of storage at competitive prices makes Barracuda a go to place if you can't find a place for that new boat/RV. Can't recommend highly enough.”

She was so incredibly helpful, kind and accommodating since I I was from out of town & needed to put my furniture in storage that day. On the day I moved we were running late & she waited for us, after the main office had closed. She was so patient & made sure I was able to get inside after hours with my movers, & she made sure I was safe! She was a Godsend for me!”

“Highly recommend! They are very nice and great at communicating throughout the process, from the time of booking leading up to arrival. I appreciated the confirmation the day prior as well as a text and call when they were on their way. They are quick, but careful with your belongings and professional. Impressive driving skills as they had to maneuver a large truck in a tiny storage facility. Reasonable prices too. I paid half of the estimate because they bill actual time and were able to get done sooner. They even helped put something together for me and brought in a heavy piece from my garage that wasn't even part of the move. Everything about my experience was a good one! The lady I had spoken to ( sorry, I did not catch her name) was really nice, understanding, and apologetic regarding the gate issue. She promised to look into the gate's timer for this facility as I mentioned that the gate was open for the entire 1.5 hrs we were working on our camper. Your phone call meant a lot and was really appreciated. Thank you ?”

“Messed up on a monthly payment recently,Got locked out right at the gate....no time to figure out through the utterly stupid "Call Center" (empowered ONLY to forward a message to "someone" ... who was never there) ... just kept going.Couple hours later, CSR Yanique called ME ? I was baffled.She courteously guided me through the payment process, emailed docs for my records and texted the code that would remove the lockout...pleasantly.Asked her to marry me ... alas...some lucky dog already got there ... sooooo ... I settled for adopting her.Yep ...she's THAT GOOD.”

I have filled out all the paperwork online and then they give you a code by email to go pick up your keys -lock then they send you your combination for then gate . it is a good storage facility they keep them clean there's no bugs or rats. If you sign up online they give you half off of your first month's rent on some units it's worth signing up online rather than calling also different locations vary by price check them out”

“Had rented a storage here 4 months with auto pay . Was easy too setup account for my payments and a code to enter before you get in the storage entrance .very clean but the Roach bugs nasty coming from other storages. Some storages were open other people throwing trash in them. Was awful to witness this while we where emptying our storage on our last day here. We cleaned the storage beforewe left .. People that work here check on us to see if everything was good. Very nice gentleman with golf cart checks the property and cleans it. Well kelpt and clean. THANKS .”

“My first time using a virtual kiosk!! I think it was great!! Smooth, with the only issue being that the door code only works at one specific door, but it was never really an issue!! Spacious isles for pulling vehicles up! Only complaint is our unit was directly in sunlight in the afternoon, but (not their fault!!)I never asked for anything specific! It was retched trying to get anything in and out at that time of the day!!!”

“Corporate has always been pro-customer and adept at problem solving. My local facility had a few issues initially w moving in (wasn’t a unit available in the size I bought over phone/ from afar) and they immediately accommodated my needs for extra space at the same price by giving me a 2nd unit across hall. The local manager was problematic. She was promptly replaced w an amazing equally pro-customer manager Michelle from ocala location. Michelle is just as friendly and preempts problems as well as solves any w friendly, professional and even joyous attitude. The prices are fair w no unexpected price hikes that I’ve had at every other facility, particularly CubeSmart that raised my prices dramatically and often. They’d more than doubled in one year. My contract w ExtraSpace was easily negotiated and honored. No harassment as I’ve experienced at other companies and since the firing of my first manager. Just follow the rules and you get left alone, w the exception of a friendly hello from Michelle, who remembers my name vs unit. 5 gold stars for Michelle as well as ExtraSpace.”
