“There is a saying that I heard many years ago how a person's personality, care and concern for others can really make a difference to an outcome. That person for me is CubeSmart General Manager Mike.
I received a card in the mail saying my unit was increasing (I just had an increase less than a year ago) which was a struggle, and now this increase would start in less than a month.
A few days later I would be in Ocala and I was blessed to see a sign that said (Junking for JESUS). I was lead to stop there and they were available at that time and could empty my unit that same day. So I got them to go with me to take everything. The sad part was there were items that were very special to me, but I did not have a place to bring them to right now.
Mike understood my situation and he never gave up.
Now thanks to Mike's patience and understanding for what I was going through on 4/16/26, I am in a unit I can afford and I did not have to lose the items that I could never replace. I was able to sleep well for the first time in a long time.

To the friendly customer service. To the cleanliness of the unit. Not only was it clean it had mouse bait and they bug sprayed it to ensure it is bug free. Plus they have an alarm system built into every unit. Definitely I will/ would recommend!”
“I rented a storage unit from this location from 2021-2023. For two years I had no complains. The price was right and they always kept the place well maintained. There’s a code to use to enter and cameras are present for safety. Although being there two years and constant usage of the place I never had any bad experiences.
