Sadly CVS is the norm for most pharmacies, rude, uncaring, and worst of all- dishonest with their customers.at Publix , every employee has been polite, caring, & most importantly, they do what they say. And you can trust the information they give as the honest truth,& not just a way to blow off a customer in need. I wish every pharmacy treated their customers as well as this Publix Pharmacy does. “This is our local CVS store in Apollo Beach that is very close to where we live. I have to say that the staff has always been extremely helpful even though they appear to be overwhelmed with the sheer volume of business they do. Yesterday we did COVID PCR tests through the drive through. They are required to be completed within 2 days of our upcoming cruise. We received the results almost exactly 24 hours after they were submitted. We appreciate their prompt service.”

“After a night of an ER visit and two pharmacy visits, we finally came to this CVS at Appollo Beach this morning at 8 am..... dropped off the prescription, I got in my car at 812am at 8:17am my script was ready..5 MINUTES!! so unbelievable after two other pharmacies said it would be HOURS before they could fill them at 10 pm last night.....”
