“Giselle was awesome today!!! We had an emergency issue with my mom's heart meds (she has a pacemaker/defibrillator). I called a talked to Giselle and explained the situation. We needed the rxs transferred and filled before they closed at 7 pm. It was 6 pm. Obviously she could not guarantee but said she would really try to get it done. (We had found out at this point our mother had not had her meds for 2 days!)
Giselle pulled it off and was able to get them for her and we are so appreciative and grateful!

“We recently switched to Valrico Pharmacy and Compounding and had a great experience. One thing we really appreciate is that they price match the big chain pharmacies. It’s nice to support a local, family-owned business instead of a large corporation.
The process was easy from start to finish. We dropped off our prescriptions and they contacted the doctor/big pharmacy and had the prescriptions transferred. We received a text notification when they were ready. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. They also offer free delivery.
What really stood out was the pharmacist’s personal attention. Not only were our prescriptions filled quickly, but the pharmacist also took the time to review our immunization needs before we arrived and we were able to get the vaccine before we left. That level of care and service is hard to find these days.
If you’re looking for a pharmacy that offers competitive prices along with excellent customer service, I highly recommend Valrico Pharmacy and Compounding.”

They go the extra mile (literally because many times she has to run next door to my doctor to clarify my prescription). “The store itself and the majority of the employees are absolutely amazing. The variety of products is great. My only complaint would be one of their security guards seem to be prejudice against people who don't look rich. The very first time I took my boyfriend in there he accused my boyfriend of stealing even though he didn't touch a single item in the store. He demanded to search our bags for absolutely no reason. I walked in there with my boyfriend and picked a sub, paid for it and he accused us of stealing for no reason.”

“I always enjoy shopping at Publix! The store is consistently clean, organized, and well stocked, and the employees are always friendly, professional, and helpful. Customer service is one of the main reasons I continue coming back because the staff truly goes above and beyond to make shopping pleasant and convenient.
The deli, bakery, and overall grocery selection are excellent, and I appreciate the fresh products and smooth checkout experience every visit. The atmosphere is welcoming, and it’s clear the team works hard to maintain a high standard throughout the store.
The only small area I think could use improvement is the pre-cut fruit in the produce department, especially the pineapple. Sometimes the fruit is cut too close to the rind, and hard pieces from the center of the pineapple are included in the containers, which can make it less enjoyable to eat. Paying a little more attention to trimming and fruit preparation would make the quality even better.
Other than that, I’ve had great experiences here and truly appreciate the excellent service and overall shopping environment. Thank you to the staff for all your hard work!”
