“I placed an online order as they had Fahlo bracelets that I could bot get locally (KY). Not only was shipping super fast, but extra care was taken wrapping and protecting Merchandise. The addition of a hand-written thank you note made me feel special, appreciated, and that the owner/staff took special care and time handling my order! While I am male, and they don't carry many things for men, I highly recommend this store based on their attentiveness, customer care, and going above to make sure an online customer felt special. You do not get that in big box stores, and a lot of smaller businesses have even lost this level of customer service. I have bookmarked their site, and they will be my first stop when looking for special items for friends, family, and coworkers. Far and above one of the best experiences I have had with an online purchase, and they now have a customer for life!”
