“Wow! The employees at this location deserved to be commended. They are not only friendly, but also quite helpful. A week ago, my mother and I were in trying to spend our Loft Cash (a promotional coupon) which we had quite a few of. We only ended up using about half of the coupons we had, but Andrew suggested that we come back when the new store set was out in a week or so, or shop online and bring in the order to use all of the coupons together. I came back a little over a week later with my full online shopping cart and item numbers ready to order. I was really excited to see that there was now a discount of 40% on everything in the store! I actually had to go find more items to purchase to use all of my coupons! Katie was so sweet, as she rang up my rather large order... One item number at a time. She was so patient when I changed my order probably four times, and was very helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for in the store so that I could try it before ordering. The ordering process was very user-friendly, as it allowed me to shop in my pajamas at home, and then go to the store to order and use all of my coupons together! I will be back soon to earn more Loft Cash! Thank you, Andrew and Katie!!”

“Hey y'all I wanted to get some bracelets for my daughter. She had already got an outfit from there but not the accessories. I saw these cute Pearl bracelets with the gummie bears on them!to go with her white sweater. It's still a girly grownish look. I thought they were perfect! The staff was so helpful. The employee even went to the back to check on another peice of jewelry. It was buy one and get the other for item for 50 percent off last week. Overall, Rue 21 is great store! with Friendly staff.”

“I needed a new bra for an outfit that I was going to wear the next day. The lady who assisted me was so very nice and helpful. She even came into the dressing room to assist me with the proper sizing. That was how shopping used to be, people who actually cared and went the extra mile. That was a great experience, I have not had service like that since the 1990s. She went back and got what she thought would be a great fit after seeming the bras on me first hand, and she was right about the sizing and the style. I left very, very happy as a customer who didn't frequent Macy like I used to. You can tell she had experience and loved what she does, truly old school in handling her customers. Thanks”

The ones that are very inexpensive is like they were purchased wholesale to sell at a sale price. “Honestly this shop has been apart of Brandon for so long I love the fact that there still thriving.They always have what you need in stock as well. Which makes everything perfect.Now while at times the clothes look a little dusty and the service isn't always the greatest, you will find a few helpful associates.I personally love their jeans! 10/10 would recommend the rockstar high waisted jeans by old navy. Great quality for a good price tag. They also fit like a glove.Now if only they can improve their checkout speed they would be untouchable.”

“I went to Windsor in Brandon Mall because I was dress shopping for my cousin's wedding which was 2 days away. Dillard's is typically my choice when shopping for major events. But, I was not having any luck. While at Windsor Bianca and Lexi both assisted me. Bianca took pictures of my dress so that I could send them to my cousin and get her approval on which one to wear. Lexi helped me with finding the perfect accessories. Bianca and Lexi were Amazing to work with because they took out extra time to assist me and make my shopping experience the best!!!
