They have always been on time and attentive. Today they went above and beyond to help me. My only complaint would be to have a direct line to them. I called today and was on hold for 25 minutes due to their not being a direct phone line.

Christelle did my blood draw this morning and I've never had a better experience. She was patient and professional and I would highly recommend her.

Horrible experience, ladies at the front on a Saturday, 5/7/23 rude. Bo compassion for elders. Worst experience ever. Had to go to Quest lab.
