They have always been on time and attentive. Today they went above and beyond to help me. My only complaint would be to have a direct line to them. I called today and was on hold for 25 minutes due to their not being a direct phone line.

Horrible experience, ladies at the front on a Saturday, 5/7/23 rude. Bo compassion for elders. Worst experience ever. Had to go to Quest lab.

They get a little busy, but they have really good flabotamists. Staff is friendly and service is quick.

If there was an option to leave a 10/10 I would. I have had nothing but bad experiences when getting my blood drawn in the past. This facility helped to alleviate all of those memories. Ms. Tenna did a great job and made the process smoother than it has ever been. For that I am grateful.

I arrived to the lab without an appointment first thing in the morning, knowing it would be busy, but to my surprise I did not have to wait very long at all. There were technical difficulties due to an EMR change and Tenna did not let that trip her up. She was flexible and took the time to navigate a way to ensure I was able to get my labs drawn. As a nurse practitioner, I am aware of how important it is to have patient labs to ensure they are well cared for and being on the patient end has me appreciate Tenna's willingness to go above and beyond to help me when it would have been easy to dismiss the challenges. If I could give 100 stars I would. Please acknowledge her and let her know what a true gift she is to the organization

I am not the type of person that does reviews however my experience was really great. I had very experiences in the past getting bood draw as my veins are just hard to find. Mindy did it so great all in one time and without any pain. She definitely changed my perception about getting labs done. Thank you awesome job in and out in 5 min.

This location is very convenient and doesn’t have a long wait. The staff is wonderful and makes you feel comfortable. Christelle is wonderful and gentle.

Great experience, was in and out in less than 10 minutes as an early morning walk in. Mindy drew my blood; she was very nice and did a great job as well.

What a great lab! I came from Quest with an appointment and they canceled it so I went to Apopka AdventHealth lab and they treated me amazing. I walked in, the receptionist was amazing and the woman that drew blood (I think her name was Rebecca? Not sure. I feel bad I forgot!) did an amazing job! Will be coming to this lab moving forward. 10\10 would recommend!

A great lab! I went through hell and back with Quest with an appointment and I just walked in to this lab and they immediately took me in and they were amazing with me. 1010 would recommend!

Go here! It's better than quest and you're seen really quick without an appointment. There's a friendly receptionist up front and the staff is very kind and understanding. The bathroom smells nice too.

I had a positive experience this morning having blood drawn. The people were very friendly and Mindy was able to get a vein on the first try (it usually takes multiple sticks with my veins).
