“I arrived on a Friday morning (9/9/22) at 7:45 as a walk in. Was back in my car by 8:20. There were appointments and lots of walk ins before me. So their time was very impressive.The staff member in a leg/ knee contraption was nice about keeping us informed. Because the check in screen gives you no estimated waits while also doing her lab job. The 2nd woman there (slim, brown pony tail) who took my blood was so nice and thanked me for my patience. I was willing to wait a bit as a walk in. I'm also a hard stick and she had no problems. A true pro!”

“I would encourage everyone to make an appointment, don't walk in unless you have nothing better to do...but after my two hour wait. Katrina listen to me as I told her about my veins and how the behave. And I asked her not to stick me twice. She told me she got me..and to my surprise She got it in one Stick...Thank you! Katrina if I need blood drawn again I'm looking for you..”
“They have always been on time and attentive. Today they went above and beyond to help me. My only complaint would be to have a direct line to them. I called today and was on hold for 25 minutes due to their not being a direct phone line.”
