“I went in to open a business account . It was fairly busy for a Saturday , so there was a bit of a wait . We ended up having to stay a little past closing but the staff (Lorraine & Youssef) was so friendly and nice throughout the entire process. I didn’t feel rushed and Youssef still took the time to explain everything and answer any questions. Very great customer service and made me feel welcomed as a new customer.”

“I have recently had to contact my local Seacoast Bank in Apopka. Six months ago my computer was hacked, and Frances, the manager, spent 2 hours with me sorting out my computer and making sure I was made whole. Two weeks ago I discovered that Seacoast, under my direction with Bill Pay, had paid two Citi credit card charges. However, Citi credited those two amounts to the wrong Citi account. After talking to Citi customer service twice without any correction made, I went into my local bank again. Amanda, the associate manager, spent almost two hours with me sorting out these two Citi accounts. She then emailed a letter of explanation as well as copies of the two checks showing they were cancelled by Citi and credited to the wrong account. Still no correction. I emailed Amanda this morning, she emailed Citi again, and this evening I received an email from Citi informing me the corrections had been made. Thank goodness for my local bank.”

But the staff checked on me numerous times and apologized for the wait. I also had a difficult document to sign but they found a way to complete the notarization for me. Thank you so much!”

“I visited there once with my mom to help her deposit cash from the sale of her car. Several months later (with my mom in the car), same teller remembers me when I asked if I could exchange a large bill (100) to smaller bills despite not being a BoA member. She did, even if policy says not too. Thank you! A positive experience and something I will hold on to when it comes time to change banks.”

“I came in with my daughter who's college student, about to turn 19. We received a notice to change her high school account.

Catalina Gonzalez was wonderful and patient with my (learning to be an adult) college kid to be independent handling this process. 1st she thought she left her ID at home. We left only to learn as she looked further in her purse it was there.

We turned around and came back and Ms. Catalina was so patient and still help us.

Such great service, she offered me a drink and a customer in line for the teller asked for one and she happily got him one too .
I felt like that is such a great example of taking care of your customers, your people.

I'm actually writing this review because of the teller Rehan, who was so kind and always communicated with me while I was waiting in the drive thru. She kept me updated with who was next due to her working the drive thru by herself. I was so appreciative of that and she was very efficient in doing so. Thank you Rehan!”
