“I work in medical sales, so I am always in this store shipping things out. If it wasn’t for the representatives: Einette, Saria (I apologize if I got your name incorrect!!), and the other one (the nice, lovely, Latina woman - we had a conversation regarding physical therapy); if it wasn’t for these 3 ladies I wouldn’t ever come back to this store. They are professional, welcoming, and very nice ??????”

“I had a fantastic experience with (I think her name was Kira) sending my package out! She was knowledgeable, courteous, and quick. The male coworker who was there with her, however, was EXTREMELY disrespectful to her. He belittled her several times in the short time I was in the store, and did so very loudly which made it really awkward for the customers in the store. Y'all need to have a serious talk with him about how to talk to people”

“This was genuinely the best, quickest, and most efficient trips to ups ive ever had. The guy was by himself, but was able to effectively handle 2 to 3 customers all at once while remaining courteous and professional. I was only dropping off some amazing returns but the no lines and quick service were nice.”
“I had 6 separate returns to go into one bag. Abanii helped me through the return process with patience. When I set a bag down and accidentally hit her keyboard which froze up, she was understanding, made it about the customer, and just kept on with the return. Loved her smile and welcoming friendliness. Staff seemed to like each other as well which makes all the difference for the energy in the place.”
“Everyone in there is really nice and will go out of there way if/when needed. Its a smaller almost maw/paw type feeling location. I rarely had wait more than a minute or too but usually get right in. Wait maybe i shouldn't leave a good review and keep it a secret! Thank you to all the staff in there for working hard while still being pleasent and helpful. Never had one issue shipping out of that office. After it levaea there can be another story though lol. “I love the new self-service kiosk. It frees up the UPS staff to do other other things which I’m sure they appreciate. Makes returns super efficient. Had a problem with the machine running out of printer paper today and had immediate assistance from the staff so they still have some job security too!”
