“I love the new self-service kiosk. It frees up the UPS staff to do other other things which I’m sure they appreciate. Makes returns super efficient. Had a problem with the machine running out of printer paper today and had immediate assistance from the staff so they still have some job security too!”

“The ups access point is inside Michael's Crafts. You go in and take right at entry and the counter is there next to checkout. Gave them my package she scanned it and emailed me my reciept. Took less than 2 minutes in and out and back to my car. I highly recommend this service. They are open till 9pm, all those UPS stores close at 7. This is a great alternative if you cant get there on time and as long as you dont need supplies I prefer the one at Michael's Crafts. The sign is a sticker on the door. They would get more traffic with a better sign nut I guess its a hidden secret that I'll be using from now on.”

“FedEx they told me to bring it in the back door and they took it out of my car 50 pound box heavy as heck huge and they slapped the label on it and brought out a receipt. I didn’t have to get out of the car or nothing. These people know how to handle old people handicap people and are wonderful to deal with so I would definitely take anything back there again they’re awesome people And thank you both for coming out there and helping me out guys”

“I purchased an Emerge office chair. In fact, this is the 4th one I have purchased. I still have all of them. They are a great chair and are so sturdy and comfortable. They are reasonably priced and that’s why I have 4 of them! They are built to last!”
