Recently, I went there for a noise coming from the front and they were able to evaluate and replace a broken axle within a day.
Parts and labor were very reasonable. I had a list of approx 5 items that needed to be addressed and all were handled professionally.

“My first time using Valvoline Drive Thru Service. I went to the one on 328 W Main St, Apopka. ALL of the srevice workers were phenomenal, patient and professional. The customer service is top notch. My daughter recommended Valvoline to me and I highly recommend Valvoline on 328 W Main St. An added plus, I did not have to wait. I drove right up for service on a Sunday.
My schedule did not allow me to get service during the week and on a Saturday. I am grateful they have hours that work for me and professionals that make you feel like you are working with people that care. Thank you Valvoline.”

“I was passing through and my truck was making some noises so i pulled into the Walmart parking lot to inspect it myself. I found the issue, so I stopped in to the Auto Care Center and even though they seemed busy the manager came out and took care of me. While checking in, though, there were 2 empty counters and 1 guy on the phone forever. Would have been nice to see more employees working to help people waiting in line.”
