I was having issues with my Mazda 2012, and thought it was probably the alternator was done, when he started working on it he figured out it was just a belt had gone off from a broken tension rod. Saved me a few hundred bucks, and the car is driving better than it has in about a year. Also, fixed it day of within a couple hours”

“I was going on my busy day when out of nowhere my tire pressure declined.. of course on the day where I’m busy as ever, I get a nail in my tire. I called 30 mins before closing and was greeted by the nicest man who said it was alright and that they would take care of patching it. I arrived and was greeted by the team who jumped right in and told me it was going to be all good. Great prices as well!! Would definitely return for service like this”

“Crazy things happen when you are away from home. We were on vacation and on I-4. All kinds of flashing dashboard lights and ringing bells start up. The car is overheating. We have to get a tow and dropped it at Riker's in the middle of the night.The next morning, my husband called them to tell them why a strange vehicle appeared ON THANKSGIVING NIGHT. They told him it might be Monday before they could get to it. So we were pleasantly surprised when they called Saturday and said they were about to pressure test. They soon called back to say we needed a new reservoir. The old one cracked, and that may not be the extent of the issues. They called later and said the thermostat housing was also damaged. They repaired that as well. I feel they charged us a fair rate and repaired it promptly.”

“Brethren. I must tell you about th mechanic at Jiffy Lube not just any mechanic, this mechanic was of mythical magnificent he must have fell from Mount Olympus himself. He imparted upon me knowledge and cheerfulness in good measure, at one point I even had my wife on FaceTime w hile I measured him with questions. I got an oil change a cabin filter and a vehicle filter for a decent deal and when I left they forced me to take a jelly donut (that I wanted but was too prideful to ask for), a cup of sweet filtered water and my reciept. His knowledge and kindness is a beacon of light in this dim world. He wouldn't even let me tip. I am gratitude.”

I showed up expecting to have to get a new tire but they informed me I only needed a patch, which was significantly more affordable (they also let me know my original tires were better than the new tire I would have gotten so it was all around a better situation). They explained everything thoroughly and got the work done quickly. I definitely recommend checking them out next time you need service on your vehicle.”

“I was initially hesitant to try a quick oil change establishment since I have always gone to Tire Kingdom for my oil changes. However, after my recent experience, I am definitely planning to return. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the service and the additional services they provided. The best part was that I didn't even have to leave my car! They took care of everything, including pumping my tires, refilling my washer fluid, and even offering some helpful recommendations. Plus, if I bring my receipt next time, I can enjoy a 50% discount on one of the services offered. The staff member who assisted me was super friendly and the team working did an excellent job. Overall, I was extremely impressed and will definitely be returning in the future. And one more plus, he showed me the dipstick and assured me the oil change was done and my car was good to go! “This crew showed me what going ABOVE and BEYOND really means. 2 weeks ago I took my car in to get an oil change. I enjoyed the experience. In/out... no fuss.A few days later, I took my wife's car in for the same thing. A few minutes after I left with my wife's car, I began to smell something burning. I pulled into a fuel station near my home and found a bunch of smoke coming from the engine. I became concerned and rushed home. Truth be told... I was upset! I knew mechanically there was nothing wrong. Immediately my mind began to blame them. I called them. I was expecting to be brushed aside and in the best case scenario... I figured they'd ask me to bring my car back in.To my surprise... neither thing happened. The shop manager told me he was sending one of his techs, Bryan, to come meet up with me. Bryan arrived and immediately began to explain the engine's layout to me. He mentioned how the manifold was near the oil drain and that most likely, some oil fell in that area and was burning off, causing the smoke. He then took it a step further by crawling underneath the vehicle, confirming no seals were cracked and that all was secured. Sure enough, he did find some oil where he thought there would be. He wiped it off and voila... smoking was gone!Many are quick to put lengthy reviews when something goes wrong. I felt the need to post this lengthy review because something went BEYOND RIGHT in my estimation.Thank you to the team at the Delaney Ave VALVOLINE. You just earned a loyal customer despite the fact that I'm around the corner from another location.PS... when Bryan came here, they were swamped! I know that for a fact. When I left, there 2 cars in the bays and 6 cars waiting after those 2. Yet, they focused on MY overall customer experience and concerns... not the $$$ that was waiting in the parking lot. That's SERVICE!!!”
