“The quickest and most professional. Not only the oil but windshield wipers, air filter ( engine and cabin). They will tell you if you don’t need an oil change when they check before draining. They do a security check to make sure everything has been done , put back and cleaned before you leave. EXCELLENT”

“I got off work at 5pm to find I had a flat tire. My boss saw me changing my tire and gave me the company card and told me the company had an account here. I showed up probably around 5:30. Mikal one of the people working saw me pull in and immediately asked me what I needed. At about 5:50 I had a patched tire and was on the road again. A flat tire after work was resolved within an hour thanks to excellent service.”

I was advised of what to expect after inspection and how long it would take if brakes were needed to be delivered and how time to have it installed. The waiting area was comfortable. I left my phone number as I went for breakfast and was called when the car was ready.”
“I never go to a different car wash, I’ve been visiting this one for many years and it’s always a great experience but today I met the manager who I forgot his name unfortunately but he made my visit better and he was very nice and sweet and my car looks great, I told a worker to do clean up something for me after he was already done and he did it with no problem”

“Was 0-4 on quick service oil change locations that carry 0w40 full synthetic oil for my hellcat and arrived at this location 14 minutes before closing hoping just to confirm they carried the oil type needed.. confirmed it was in stock and the crew rolled me and and got it done! Sebastian, Dellio and the rest of the crew made it a five star experience! customer service, knowledge, professionalism A+ .. a team of seasoned professionals at this location. Highly recommend and will be back when the next service is due.”
“Angel the assistant manager was very kind and explained everything clearly. Reynaldo was great as well. Angel said that windshield wipers needed to be changed. I told him I bought them already and he said to bring them by and he will change them for me. I give them 5 stars”
“Geffrard is fantastic! However, I believe the battery diagnostic tool requires calibration. During my last visit, they informed me that your battery and alternator had issues, and the same problem persists this time.
On a positive note, I visited Jiffy Lube, and they confirmed that your battery is in excellent condition, providing me with a receipt as proof. This issue seems unrelated to the service providers but rather to the company responsible for it. It raises concerns about whether this is a deliberate strategy to make customers spend more money.
The best part of the experience was the servicer — he was friendly, nice, helped me find dinner lol and also he made sure that I was placed in line first as I was sitting there for a while and the other cars tried to speed past me but he called them out on it.”
“I wish I still had the tools, the space, and the working knees to change my own oil still. Once upon a time, I could do the work myself cheaper... but not faster.
That said, I've trusted Valvoline to take care of the majority of maintenance tasks for both my and my wife's car for several years now. I'll still do my own air filter, wiper blades, and other simple tasks but the folks here have the knowledge, tools, and skills to get the work done quickly and right.
That said, they regularly mail out coupons. Check your junk/snail mail and bring it in. Makes a big difference.”

“Last month, my Honda Odyssey developed a fuel system problem. I took the van to Orlando Import Auto Specialists assuming that it was the fuel injectors (a known problem with some Odysseys). They also believed it was the likely problem but eventually diagnosed a different, and much less expensive, problem. The van is now running normally. Thanks to Jack and everyone else on the technical team!”
