Going to the mechanic is never fun, but these guys make the process as easy as possible.If you schedule an appointment or get there early enough, an oil change will usually only take 45min or less.They typically have parts in stock or can get them the same day. Out of the repairs I’ve ever needed, there has only been one instance that I did not get my car back the same or next day, and that was because of the weekend.An honest family-owned business for the last 40 years in Apopka that doesn’t try to up-sell or take advantage of people. When I pulled in to my parking space, they were outside and greeted me by name (made a same day appt). Adding to the awesome customer service, they had my girl's new kicks mounted and balanced in under an hour! Not one time did I get that "icky" feeling, nor did I feel taken advantage of. “I am thoroughly impressed with the care they took with my truck alignment and new tires. I had a complicated suspension replacement and took the truck in for an alignment right after. I was given real information on what else needs to be completed before their quality alignment could be done. The alignment was done as good as possible per my request so I can put the vehicle back in company service until needed parts arrived. I was told I have 3 months to bring back in under alignment warranty so that I can replace parts needed. The truck is nearly straight as an arrow after the work they have done. These guys are perfectionists. Ryan is great. I will be back any chance I get. They know their stuff!”
