When I pulled in to my parking space, they were outside and greeted me by name (made a same day appt). Adding to the awesome customer service, they had my girl's new kicks mounted and balanced in under an hour! Not one time did I get that "icky" feeling, nor did I feel taken advantage of. I wasn't talked down to, and I was actually given a better price than I expected.
