The amount of love, attention to detail, and years of experience are absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, we just lost our dog, but Dr. Campbell and her staff showed nothing but sympathy, love, and compassion not only for our dear Dixie, but also for my wife and myself during this extremely difficult time.. This office is absolutely amazing, and has that hometown feel, but they truly treat every single family that comes in there, like it is their own family. To go anywhere else would not make sense. if they had anything over five stars, we would definitely give them that. Thank you Dr. Campbell”

“North Orange Animal Hospital is AWESOME.They have been our vet for nine years. Family owned, family run, & family oriented. Having them take care of a total of two large dogs and four cats over the years has been an absolute pleasure. Not only are they deeply concerned for the health, wellbeing, longevity, comfort, and happiness of our furry family members, but they are very reasonably priced. They don't run unnecessary tests or prescribe unnecessary meds just to make more profit like some other vets we've had. From the days of Covid, they have a system set up allowing you to stay in your car while they take your pet(s) in and bring them back out to you. The vet will come out to your car to talk to you about their findings and recommendations. If you prefer to go inside with your pet(s), that option is also available. I could go on and on, but just know that they are fantastic and our pets love them, too. ❤️”

“There are at least a dozen vets closer to me, but the 25-30 minute drive is more than worth it. They are kind, knowledgeable, and getting an appointment is rarely an issue. Dr. Rick is both calming and caring; he treats the animals with gentle affection. He is also extremely patient and answers questions without making you feel inept. Dr. Rick's pet-side/bed-side manner is professional and warm--it should actually serve as an optimal example for more human doctors. Additionally, Park Avenue affordable. I had been to previous vets that seemed to price gouge and make you feel guilty--that has never happened at Park Avenue. I'm glad my neighbor recommended Dr. Rick and Park Avenue. This is the best I have ever felt about a vet, and I know my dogs will be in good hands.”

“They were very kind and very accommodating. I had a very sick cat I thought I needed to euthanize. My vet of 2 yrs said they couldn't fit me in, and I could drop him off, but I couldn't stay. Heartless. This vet not only made room for me. But gave me some suggestions. Try something first, and it worked. It is now 4 days later and I still have my cat with me.. I will be bringing the rest of my animals here also!!!!!”
