“I visited Bear Lake Vet for the first time today with my two cats, and we had a wonderful experience. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, from the front desk to the veterinary team and even as we were leaving.
The veterinarian took the time to explain everything thoroughly and was very patient with all of our questions, as was the veterinary assistant. They were also very transparent about the recommended procedures and pricing, which I really appreciated.

Dr. Jaclyn, Dr. Chad, and entire team have helped our animals on numerous occasions—from standard checkups and specialized care to emergency visits and end-of-life care. “I've been going here for quite some time but my experience the last couple of times recently took my cat to possibly have put to sleep, I'd like his opinion first, but when I arrived it looked a little busy but was told to have a seat and wait for a room and nothing else and I waited for 35 minutes or so but don't think I should have wait that long to get in a room and it's not seeming very friendly here anymore and I also called today Sunday while they were open and put me on hold for 10 minutes I'm just so disappointed that I can't get any kind of service from them and my mother also used to come to pet expert but passed away last month so not having much luck with this business I'm giving 5 stars dr. Alex came to my house on Sunday after he worked at the clinic and we made a plan moving ahead and my cat is doing good so far there are good days and bad but so far not bad”

“1st set of Dr & Staff were Great but the second set and pharmacy staff play to many games. The 2nd staff made a comment that the 1st Dr. made a mistake with prescription but 1st Dr knew less than 1/2lb would not make a difference but allowed pharmacy to demand License Dr. Explain Herself. Awful follow up vaccine. I was forced to be there 3 1/2 hours for them to get it right.”
