“Both of my dogs go to Eastwood animal and I have never been upset with the service the boys received. The vets there are all very informative and helpful and you feel genuinely cared for. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I always recommend this clinic to locals.”

“The best veterinary clinic we’ve visited in Orlando. Our previous vet was already talking about putting our dog to sleep because they felt nothing else could be done. Here, they looked deeper and found alternatives. Dr. Finnel gave our 14-year-old dog the most thorough physical exam I’ve ever seen. The entire staff was genuinely engaged and caring, and the prices were very reasonable. We’re extremely grateful we found them. Highly recommended.”

“The vet was attentive, explained everything thoroughly, and took his time checking her even though my pup was violently trying to escape lol. Most importantly he thoroughly answered my questions about medications and vaccines. He did not recommend unnecessary extra lab work or try to push science diet on me immediately. I paid 150 less than my past vet and he did a bit more than a regular annual due to her ear issue. The vet techs and front desk staff were also awesome. Highly recommend.”

“Dr Sussla & Dr Day are the best! I have been going to JYPAH for over 30 yrs & trust them implicitly with my own pets & fosters. Even though I'm farther away now, it's well worth the extra 45 mins...there is no substitute for an accurate diagnosis, someone who knows how to help & is kind & caring in doing so! Nancy N-R”

38 South Kirkman Road, Orlando FL 32811
“Been going to this vet for years and years! They have taken care of 3 of my pets. I’ve been very happy with them. I’ve also always liked the fact that they’re open on the weekends and there’s more than one Vet for an opinion or two. The only thing I would change is that I wished it was closer to my house. But because I know they’re good people and I can depend on them. I don’t mind the traveling. Dr Ebner recognized there was a fear with preventative meds and was super informative, walking me through the process.”

“Yes, veterinarian care has changed and increased in cost, as has everything. We’ve been a customer here with 4 different dogs over decades; and, have seen the growth, expansion and modernization. Yet, the overall customer service, quality of veterinarians and staff, has retained our loyalty. Thank you for serving our community.”

“I cannot recommend Lake Nona Animal Clinic enough. I came in for help with a complicated moving process that required a lot of special paperwork and testing for my cats. I was so nervous, but everyone I met with (special thanks to Dr Rivera, Jazmin and Julia) was kind, friendly and competent. Jazmin even had a personalized checklist ready to go at my first appointment. Plus- they are so easy and accessible to communicate with and truly feel like they are on you and your pets team. Thank you all for everything! If you are anywhere near the area- take your pets here!”

“If you are looking for a vet. I would highly recommend this vet clinic to anyone looking for caring, compassionate, and trustworthy care for their pets. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years with multiple pets, and throughout the years, everyone has always been kind, helpful, and willing to assist you with anything at any time. They truly make you feel like family and that your pets are cared for and valued. The two doctors here, Dr Porter and Dr. Wagner are both absolutely amazing. They are not only kind and compassionate, but also extremely knowledgeable and confident in their field. I’ve always felt comfortable trusting their expertise and knowing that they have my pets’ best interests at heart. It’s clear that they genuinely love what they do and always deeply care about the animals they treat. “I cannot say enough wonderful things about Hunters Creek Animal Hospital. From the moment we stepped through the door, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. The customer service was truly extraordinary. Everyone took the time to explain procedures clearly and made both my dog and me feel welcomed, supported, and at ease from the very beginning. Dr. Bayer is absolutely fantastic. He is incredibly knowledgeable, confident, and compassionate. He was not at all intimidated by my Shar-Pei, approached my dog with calm assurance, and demonstrated a deep understanding of the breed and its common medical concerns. His expertise was immediately evident, and I felt complete trust in his care. The pricing was more than reasonable. After being quoted nearly $4,000 elsewhere for the same services, Hunters Creek Animal Hospital provided an estimate of around $800, which was transparent and fair. What truly stood out was that Dr. Bayer personally called me during my dog’s procedure to provide an update and to ensure I was comfortable moving forward with everything outlined in the estimate. That level of communication, respect, and professionalism is rare. Overall, this practice is friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I felt heard, respected, and confident every step of the way. I highly recommend Hunters Creek Animal Hospital, especially Dr. Bayer, to anyone looking for outstanding veterinary care. This is truly a wonderful place to bring your pet.”

“Dr. Jones is so thoroughly caring, helpful, empathetic, and knowledgeable. As a long-time pet lover, I have seen many vets. Dr. Jones provides such a catered and centered presence, alongside understanding that most patients cannot afford extreme measures. He didn't upsell me on a single thing, only treated exaclty what I came for, was polite and asked a ton of questions about Pickle. I am super grateful to have found him since my vet closed his practice here in Orlando. Highly recommend, and OH, our room had a birdfeeder right outside. Birds and pining squirrels were visiting and it was a most relaxing view.”

“I had such a wonderful experience today and wanted to take a moment to recognize Brittany and Dr. Rafferty. Brittany was absolutely amazing—professional, kind, courteous, patient, and genuinely caring. She is truly one of the best veterinary technicians I have ever dealt with. She immediately made both Remi and me feel comfortable, and I really appreciated the way she interacted with Remi. Dr. Rafferty was equally wonderful. Remi is never thrilled about being at the vet, but everyone was so patient and caring with him. We were all down on the floor with him, doing everything possible to make him feel safe and comfortable. That kind of compassion means so much when you have a dog who is nervous at the vet. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. You can tell they truly care about the animals they treat and the people who love them. I’m very grateful for the care Remi received today and highly recommend Downtown Pet Hospital.”

“Dr Finnel is one of the most caring experienced and honest Veterinary in the Orlando area! . We travel 25 minutes to go see him. Our fur babies passed and present have been patient of Dr. Finnell for 20+ years. We recently had a scare with our fur legged granddaughter and we called and the front desk receptionist Emily? so sorry I am terrible with remembering names. I was crying hysterical and I know she could hardly understand me, but she got me calm and reassured me that she would get me in immediately to see Dr. Finnell and said a prayer for us. She is always giving us coupons for items we need to purchase. When we arrived Dr. Finnell after asking us a couple questions and examining her knew exactly what was going on. He did bloodwork and a urinalysis to make sure what he suspected. Doesn’t try to do anything to make more money like some other veterinarians out there from what I have seen and been told. Our sons have fur babies and travel also to Dr. Finnell. We highly recommend him and are thankful for his continued expertise and loving care to our Fur Babies. All the other Veterinarians Vet Techs and Office staff are amazing also.”
