“Red carpet treatment! I am usually a tough critic and these guys exceeded, by far, my expectations. I had read online that they fix flat tires for free (within reason, understandably). So I decided to put them to the test. Took my car in today and they indeed fixed it for free! I actually felt a little guilty leaving and giving them no money. Between ease of making an appointment online (within less than 24 hours mind you, which was another pleasant surprise), and their outstanding service, I am impressed and delighted. They even met me at my car when I arrived before I even walked into the store. But wait, there’s more! They also checked my other 3 tires without hesitation and me asking. The value and outstanding customer service I experienced there today was refreshing and made my day. They have definitely earned a new customer for life. I will be back when I encounter any other issues with my car. It was a real pleasure from the moment I arrived until I drove away with my repaired tire.
