“I was referred to this business. And even though this business took me further than what I wanted to go on a spare tire so I decided to go. However, when I arrived I was met by Ms. Jennifer at the front desk who was very sweet and welcoming. Shortly after I was by Mr. Gary he was also friendly, welcoming & we even shared a few laughs together. And lastly, Tristian he was one that changed my spare tire and removed the nail in my tire I had in the trunk & plugged my tire. I was curious about the process even about knowing when it’s time to change the tire about the threading on the tire amongst other questions. Also providing information that I didn’t even ask for helping me to fully understand the process. & Tristian did ALL this while changing out the tires. Tristian & Mr. Gary didn’t make me feel like I was a bother asking so many questions. Overall great customer service… Which isn’t so common these days. It makes me almost want to cry thinking about the experience I had. People really don’t know what someone is going through in life. And the interactions I had with this business and the employees really made the weight of the world in my life feel lighter… Due to the kindness and my experience. I could almost cry. Because I wasn't expecting to come to Crawford Tire & leave with such a satisfaction with genuine interaction & customer service that honestly helped me more than they know. So truly, THANK YOU!”
“Great experience for a spontaneous new tire purchase. I always trust Discount Tire for their good prices and service. I had spare time this weekend and decided to walk in to Discount Tire instead of making an appointment. Joell was excellent and helped me work through the choice of tires with no pressure or sales pitch. I trusted his experience and I’m very happy with them. There was even an issue with an aftermarket part that I realized a couple hours after leaving and Joell was happy to help and took care of it quickly. The shop was very busy on a Saturday morning but everyone was in a good mood and I was out of there in under an hour and a half. I don’t live in the area but for anyone that does, I highly recommend their service.”

“I have a 2004 M3, the rims are over 15 years old and were refinished incorrectly at that time. They were corroded and had absolutely no shine on them..
Kevin polished them and clear coated them until they looked brand new. I would give him 10 stars if possible.
