“First off, I want to say I don't usually do these reviews. My name is Michael Fain. But I'd like to bestow praise upon Ms. Johnnie, in Arcadia, Fl and it is well deserved. I had just had a double hernia operation and I wanted the cart to take my battery in the store to be charged. I tried to stop Ms. Johnnie from picking up the battery, but she snatched it up. On top of that, when I came back to pick up the battery, she picked it up again and brought it back out, even though she had employees there under her. I still couldn't stop her from picking the battery up. I tried to offer to do something for her such as buy her lunch. She was very helpful in every way. I wish you all had more employees like her. And oh yeah, she needs a raise, or git card or something. If you see this review Ms. Johnnie, thank you, thank you, thank you”

“My daughter and I went in to get new wiper blades. The scanner gave us the information we needed quickly, and a gentleman answered our questions at the register. I also got some wiper fluid while I was there, which was an impulse item. Overall, it was a very "painless" experience for us . tysm ?”

“I found FR Customs from an add and some reviews. The place was close to work so I decided to get my estimate there. I met Frank he was very friend and helpful. He got the estimate to me quick. In the meantime because this is going through an insurance from an accident, they had me go to another shop for another estimate and to take pictures take pictures. It was taken that place more time to get me an estimate so I fought to have my stuff done at FR customs.. The other obstacle I had was I worked an hour away from where I live and the only rental carental car place was close to my home. When the bodywork was completed Frank called me and said he would meet me at the rental car place so I didn't have to figure out a ride. I can't believe he actually throws the vehicle at 1 hour to me easier for me.”
