“This is a shout out for the Cristal at the Cricket Store in Arcadia FL.
I walked into the Cricket store on 4/2926, Wednesday, afternoon when smiling Cristal greeted me. Her demeanor said, yes, I can help you and she did, without any hesitation.
Cristal is a model employee. She professionally, and intentionally assisted me with my concern. So, I say, thank-you, Cristal, stay prayed up and BLESSED.”
“I didn't know her name but she knew everything I needed in a phone better than I did. Two young ladies. It is like they put together like a plan that perfectly fitted my needs and budget???✌️Thanks Again”
“(Translated by Google) 4 stars because the girls who work there explain you step by step are very friendly, but the owners hardly help you or explain what you want ... 4 stars because the workers are so nice they explain they try to help you but the owner? that don't explain nothing they only said no you can't.(Original)4 estrellas porque son muy amables las chicas que trabajan ahí te explican pasó a paso.,pero los dueños nada que ver casi ni te ayudan ni te explican lo que deseas..4 stars because the workers are so nice they explain they try to help you but the owner? that don't explain nothing they only said no you can't.”
“This is the only place to go. Diana is your connection here she is super knowledgeable, HONEST, and explains all the options. After horrible experiences with Verizon and then the AT&T store rep that blew vape in my face in the store and then he committed felony fraud by forging an illegal address.
This is why you need Diana and T-Mobile because you are making a serious commitment. You feel like you are dealing with family when you deal with Diana. FORGET THE REST AND GO TO THE BEST.”

“George Broomall is the man. I met him years ago at the Verizon store in PG. I went into the Verizon store in PG today and they said he had transferred to Verizon in Arcadia. So we trucked it to Arcadia to see George for our Verizon needs!
George isn’t a salesman, he’s a consumer advocate and I’d highly recommend him for your cell phone provider.
He handles our business account and we won’t use anyone else!
