“Christian was amazing! He helped me transfer over from xfinity mobile. This was a long process (more on xfinity side). Christian had so much patience with me in getting my account started! After he got me up and running he was able to transfer my husband’s number too. Such a wonderful experience ! He had amazing customer service 10 out of 10 would recommend !! The other gentleman there was very helpful too ! I couldn’t remember his name. Thank you for making this process painless and easy!”
“12/10 experience with Tee!! Diligent with his response time and impeccable work! Had a bad experience with uBreakiFix for my husbands iPhone 15 and had to go buy a new phone but needed our old phone to log back into his apple account and Tee was so very helpful !!! He got the old phone up and running and in detail explained what all was wrong with the old phone and how he fixed it! Will definitely be using the repair ninja again!!”

She went above and beyond with patience and humor. She deserves kudos for excellent customer service. All TMobile representatives should take a few pointers from her, although every rep we have talked to there has been helpful and friendly. My only recommendation, add seating please.”
“This place is very busy they never have enough staff there. Any time i go there its 1 to 2 hours . all the chairs are hard wood and NO cushion. was 21 people in there. 2 working and one checking people in and asking whats wrong. they do good just need more help”
