“Just wanted to make a shout out to Brad and all the other employees in this establishment. They really go above and beyond when helping you. I came in with a flat bike tire and Brad helped me find tire slime, let me bring my bike in the back and helped me every step of the way to fix my issue. He even put air in my tire so I could ride my bike out of there. Talk about customer service. Brad, if you're reading this, you're a real one.”
“Adam at Ace Hardware went above and beyond. He cleaned my Stihl blower right there in the store, quickly and carefully, and didn’t charge me anything.
That kind of service is rare. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in helping customers rather than just making a sale. The blower is running much better now, and the whole experience was straightforward and positive.”
“I like Lanes Yardware because it smells like a place I'd buy power equipment. And the staff is super helpful and loves to solve our problems and connect you with the best solutions for your application. Plus they have OEM parts in stock and they don't sell junk. I'd give them six stars if I could.”
“They made big improvements over the past few months. It's always been great but now it looks even better. Fair prices and nice selection of plants. Light on annuals and vegetables but what they have are high quality.”
“I rented a trailer from them to move. The service was excellent in my opinion. Was helped out to know where I needed to pay and where to pickup/hook up the trailer. They hooked it up, plugged in the pigtail, and checked the lights for me. Great service from the people at Tractor Supply!”
“Good big box store that seems to have a lot of stuff. I am not really into lots of stuff, however, there are some things that it seems a store like Home Depot might have. I like looking at the various tools and trying to imagine what they might be used for, and then there are the various shelf organizers, closet organizers, and lots of other things. I have been in here before buying some wood kinds of things, and although they were really expensive, it was nice to get stuff that is already sanded and ready to use. The people that we talked to in the store were friendly and helpful. Prices seem to be competitive with other big box stores in the area. All in all, it is a pretty fun place to come, and not a pain at all to get just the things needed for my next project.”
“Huge shout out to Doug in the NW 4th location in Gainesville! As soon as I walked by him he was actively engaged in helping me find my product. When the shelf was empty he looked through his inventory and discovered he was completely out of what I needed. Instead of making me go to another location to find my product, he was a rock star and price matched the larger container down to the smaller size that I needed. He made my day as I walked out of the store a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! Thank you Doug and Home Depot!”
