“The staff member I talked to was nice friendly and helpful. She even let me use some locks so I didn't have to buy any. I seen some comments and all I can do is share my experience. I had there personal number in case of any problems. I could text them night or day. They don't always have someone on sight and when I went to rent I had to call the number on the sign and they came out shortly to take care of me. Then there is the unit itself. The unit I used had plenty of space. I used a non climate control unit. I did have to sweep it out before use but I didn't personally mind that and I put plastic down on the cement floor before putting my stuff on top. My stuff sat in storage from February to April. I had no issues with smells or mold. I was wondering if I would have mold issues because my washer was in there with water still in it and with Florida heat and humid air....”
