“This was the first time I didn't move from house to house. I had to rent 2 storage units due to my house not being ready to move in. The guys, were great by the way and worked their tails off moving my stuff from house to storage and from storage to house with good humor in spite of the heat of June and August. Everybody was accommodating at their office as well and easy to contact without an AI answering phones. Price was understandable considering it was like 2 moves.”
“When you call the office, you actually speak with someone at the property - not a call center. Renting was easy and the staff is very helpful. U-Haul truck rental is also available at the property, so it was very convenient.”
“I was extremely impressed with Gator Moving and Storage. Justus made sure I got scheduled quickly and they were even able to adjust to a last minute time change for move-in, which I was extremely grateful for. Kenny and Tucker did an amazing job and worked incredibly fast considering three flights of very narrow stairs and the smallest parking lot ever. I would highly recommend using this company to move. “I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Extra Space Storage. From the very first phone call, everyone was so friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.
I had several boxes shipped to the facility before I arrived, and they were incredibly accommodating while I also made sure to follow their shipping guidelines. When I got there, everything was neatly organized and waiting for me. The manager personally walked me to my unit, showed me how to use the digital lock, and made sure I had everything I needed.
The facility is spotless, climate-controlled, and very dry, which gave me great peace of mind. It’s rare to find customer service that’s this thoughtful and welcoming.
I’ll definitely be renting here again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for storage.”

“Joseph and Amy were great. They helped me get a new storage unit over the phone before I arrived and when I did, they were ready! They knew exactly who I was and what I was there for. They took the time to step out and go install the lock for me before I got there. When I walked in. They confirmed my identity and handed over the keys to me. Then Joseph took the time to walk to the storage unit (declined my offer to give him a ride over to the storage unit as I drove by because of policy, which I respect. [I would have definitely broke and would have taken the ride if I was in his shoes so props to that guy]). He then showed me around the building my storage unit was located in and the storage unit itself.
The facility very well kept and clean. From the outside to the inside to elevator we used to get up to my unit.
Him and Amy were professional, beyond accommodating, and welcoming and for that they get a 5 star. Hard workers that are willing to do above and beyond their job description (with out being too try hard-ish). These people need a promotion if that’s what they’re after.

“They’re cleaned and I loved the AC controlled units. Very rarely. Do you ever see a bug and if you do it’s dead they do have a pest control service, but I’ve never felt like my items came out. Smelling like pest control fumes. It’s clean they keep it picked up inside and out, and the prices are very reasonable.”

“Perfect place for small business owners and entrepreneurs! I have a few friends that runs businesses here and they all love it. The place is kept clean and the friendly staff is always around checking on everyone. After I heard many good things about this place, I came in to rent a space. They were full but they placed me on a waiting list and will call when one comes up!! I heard they have another location in the area, but I want to be close to my friends.”
“The units are basic non-air-conditioned units, various sizes. The people are friendly. Please make sure you pay your fees before the grace period is up, or they will over-lock it.”
“We had some issues with a discount not processing correctly and Sherie was stellar! She went above and beyond multiple times—making extra phone calls to get the issue resolved. I was so impressed with her genuine concern for our situation and her problem-solving.”
“So far I only have had my storage for less than 1 month. It has been good so far. The guy at the front desk was very cool. They have temperature control units. They are cheaper than most. All my stuff fit. I can come and go any any time I please. I just wish I didn't have to walk all the way in the back to out stuff in my storage and take stiff out but I guess if I was more athletic it would not be a problem lol.”

Rented a 15 for 2 hours for a couch, lazy chair, and ottoman. Plenty of space of those 3. 53 bucks.
Total came out to be a bit more since we returned it with less than 1/4th a tank. Make sure you put at least SOME gas in it, or you are charged a 30 dollar gas fee, which they do state on the paper work.
Manager there was super helpful. Called with a concern, and he was overly willing to work with me to sort out a mistake on my end.
