“These guys right here (Chris, Christian and Jake) made our very difficult moving day so much easier and stress free. I’m a move manager and my client’s STEEP driveway made loading the truck incredibly awkward because if they stacked more than 3 boxes high, the stack would fall over (dang that gravity!) But did these guys complain or quit? NO. They decided it would be safest for my client’s antique furniture to make two trips rather than risk stacking the furniture on top of each other and it falling over. Our move took several hours longer, and these guys were totally beat by the end of the day, but their attitudes were completely positive and encouraging. Way to go Gator Moving & Storage!”

“We had a stressful moving experience and time frame and thought we did the right steps online to reserve a moving truck, but we ended up showing up at the wrong location. Long story short, we were stressed and getting overwhelmed but the minute we stepped inside of the Devon store at 6505 SW Archer Rd, Kimbrell and Brian were PHENOMENAL. We were met with immediate help and assistance, as well as genuine understanding. They truly saved us and made this move so much easier. They were quick, efficient and beyond friendly (I think they could pick up on our stress). Needless to say, I’d rent a Uhaul and storage unit from them again and again because of their genuine customer service and ease of renting!”

“I rented here two different times, both times for around 2 years each (2017-2019, and then again from 2021-2023). This is extremely important: for both of my ~2 year leases at this location, they never once raised my monthly rent. The rent for the unit did go up from my first lease to the second lease a few years later, but during my lease agreement my rent never increased. This was amazing and definitely not the norm for most storage places.Both times, the service was excellent and the move-in and move-out procedures were extremely quick and easy. I was able to sign a lease online and move into my unit on the same day. Move-out was similarly easy, I emptied my unit out and sent the manager an email, and she emailed me my move-out confirmation within a week with no further charges or anything.I used their A/C climate controlled unit both times and there was never any issues with the climate control, pests, or any other storage issues during my time there. I highly recommend this Storquest location for any climate controlled storage you may need. I really appreciate the service from the staff at this location and even though I have now moved out of the area, I will recommend this storage unit facility to any of my friends in the area who need it.”

“I have been a customer for the past year and never had a complaint or problem during my tenure at this property. I enjoyed the great customer service received from the Store Manager , Kameron Bishop. I have always seen Ms Bishop utilize a positive attitude regarding her professionalism as a Manager whenever dealing with customers in or outside of the store. So.. if you are looking for a clean storage facility to rent; this is definitely the place to go to! It is close to the I75 expressway. I also had the accommodation to extend my visit while at the same time trying to get rid of stuff. I'm going to miss this place!”

“Parking is limited on the streets (not that you would really need to park for anything except buying the unit). The owner is old school in nature so prefers conversation in person versus calling him on the phone. Units are clean, breathable, secured with a gate with a unique code and you can borrow a lock from the owner). When I go during normal business hours the owner is there and waves when I leave. Open 6am-9pm 7 days a week.”

All my stuff fit. I can come and go any any time I please. “I love supporting an old family businesses. Their prices are great and the owner is so easy going and friendly. I support spending money on local family businesses, and not national chains. The family has had a business on this lot since 1930 and there has been a storage unit facility here since the 1970s. EDIT I wrote this when it was owned by the McCoy family. They sold it to a national chain, so my review is not relevant, but as of now they have not raised the prices .”

“I do not understand all of the negative reviews. I have rented from this location four or five times over the years. Definitely not frequently. But when I've needed something, they've always done a superb job. My most-recent experience took place 6/2 & 6/3. I needed to rent a trailer to haul a motorcycle home from Melbourne (200 miles each way). The pick-up Friday afternoon was smooth and fast. The young lady who served me, both at the counter and in the lot, was awesome. Very friendly and efficient. I returned the trailer Saturday afternoon. There was a young man in the lot who directed me to a drop-off spot. He unhitched the trailer, processed my return, and I was back on the road in less than five minutes without even having to go inside. Here's a bonus: I was an hour or two over 24 hours. I had initially reserved the trailer for three days (until Monday). They only charged me for one day! Wish Enterprise did that. LOL. Top marks for this U-Haul location!”
