Dario ordered the part quickly and had the repair done in a reasonable amount of time for the work that needed to be done. He was even able to work quickly with the Ford dealership to get programming for the part. Dario texted back and forth with me during the process and then called me when it was ready for pickup. “I took my Audi Q5 over to Carrsmith. They were extremely professional, even though my car was not repaired because the insurance maintenance policy rejected the claim for stupid excuses to avoid paying to repair the car, but that’s another issue. But I did want to recommend carrsmith. I think they were fantastic and when I do get my claim resolved, I am certainly taking back my Audi so he can do the repair. Thank you for being understanding and professional Thank you.”
