“I heard these guys were good so I gave em a shot. im not disappointed. my A/C is blowing so cold after they repaired it. Vinny kept in touch with me several times to let me know the status of my repair. he also worked with me on other items that they found bad during my service. I normally do all my own work but my wrist is hurt. I dont trust anyone to work on my vehicle. but I would come back to this shop again 100%. thanks jerrys auto...”
“Steve and all of his employees are super helpful and have a really calm, no pressure atmosphere going. We take our toyotas there and they have always been very honest about what needs to be done. This is this only mechanic we trust to check out a used vehicle before a purchase. For a prepurchase inspection, they will be very real with you about the status of the vehicle, and what future repairs might look like especially for an older car. Steve is a no BS guy who will give it to you straight. We love this place!”

“I took my Audi Q5 over to Carrsmith. They were extremely professional, even though my car was not repaired because the insurance maintenance policy rejected the claim for stupid excuses to avoid paying to repair the car, but that’s another issue. But I did want to recommend carrsmith. I think they were fantastic and when I do get my claim resolved, I am certainly taking back my Audi so he can do the repair. Thank you for being understanding and professional Thank you.”
“I was able to make an appointment online and Chloe in the office, who was very polite, helped with logistics, etc. They worked on the car sooner than expected and solved the problem. The front was making a “growling” noise for two months. It had been taken in and checked for bearing issues at two different shops in Michigan, who said it was the tires. Advanced Auto Repair had it for less than an hour and called back to advise that the right front bearing was bad and gave a very reasonable quote with expected completion time, etc. The work was completed later that day at the price quoted. The noise is gone and vehicle feels/sounds safe to drive again :-). Thank you!!!”
