“This pet smart has always been so amazing to my Nessie girl! She LOVES coming in each time. The people at the front desk always greet her and have treats on hand! Mikaela Has been our Trainner since September and has made huge improvements in our dogs behavior ! You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and is extremely knowledgeable. I’ve known multiple people who have gone to her for training and they all say the same thing! On top of all of that the Banfield at this location is her main vet. They take great care of her with affordable prices! Again, my dog loves going to the vet because she gets to see all of them ! ?”

“While riding the bus trying to get to church service tonight @7:22 I was given an opportunity to help an older couple who were lost trying to find a bird for their bird cage at Jax Beach. I made some calls and found PetSmart and so I escorted them taking as few buses to the TownCenter PetSmart where Katie was absolutely wonderful in helping them! Everyone there was so nice and helpful and what a way to help an older couple! We even watched the praise and worship through you tube of the eleven 22 broadcast! God is good and Pet-Smart you rock!”
“Friendly and helpful staff - but if you need your meds quickly, go in person. My vet called in thyroid prescription for my cat, 5 business days later and a phone call - still not ready...I went in person to inquire, and they had it ready in 30 minutes.”

“I attended the 10th anniversary at the Atlantic Beach location last Saturday. My first time at that location and it was great. It’s a large clean store with so many varieties of pet food and other items. All the Staff and managers were friendly and helpful.
They also had many free samples and baskets made up for free raffles.”
