The move in to seaside apartments was great, specifically with the help from the property manager Michael. He was very helpful with the virtual tour along with getting me everything I needed to apply and then move in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place to live.

Amazing experience! Andre’a Lopez is the most pleasant and professional Property Manager I have come across. Very welcoming and made the process enjoyable. She went above and beyond from start to finish. The community is wonderful and location is close to the beach. Looking forward to making Seaside Apts my new home! Thank you Andre’a for being fabulous and can already tell the residents appreciates you!!

Let me begin with the fact that Andrea met with me on her day off so that I could have a home. Andrea is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I am not a fan of apartments as this is my first, but this place has it all close by, shopping, and entertainment. Best part is that the tenants are respectful and understanding of each others space when walking their pets. No pest problems, no fleas like others have mentioned- surely they weren’t treating their pets. Only thing that I say could be better is having a assigned parking spot closest to your door.That’s an inconvenience due to my impairments. When it comes to needing anything fixed or taken care of I give them 100%. The one responsible for the maintenance is a respectful gentleman. Everything is taken care of if possible the same day.

I don’t write reviews ever, I think they’re counterproductive and the fact that the world relies on the is ridiculous. It’s making people pushier, and, as a bartender, making people untrustworthy in general. Face-to-face customer service needs to come back, especially in local areas.I am going out of my way to write a review on how amazing my experience here was! Andrea is the exception to how corporate and generalized the world has become. She is so genuine, nice, and doesn’t beat around the bush.Andrea, the kind of person that deserves a raise, has been a literal gem throughout this process. I bartend in the area, so not all of my income is on paper, so ended up needing a co-signer. Andrea made the process so easy, stress-free, and made my life a thousand times easier because she took on all the extra stress.Works very hard to have extra deals, discounts, and events going on.Hold on to this one, she’s wonderful.

The property manager Adrea has been the best. She handles issues immediately, she does Parties for the kids and family. Andrea is working hard to keep it cleaned up which is the best it has been in the 4 years I have lived here. Our maintenance man Ginath is always on top of work orders in a timely manner even when he has alot of daily things he has to do. Love this team

Seaside apartments made our journey moving across the country so smooth. We already had enough stress as is and they made it easy to find a place for us to live! After living here for 3 months we have had great experiences with the response time for maintenance and great communication for updates and events.

My experience so far with seaside has been wonderful! The front office is always so helpful and kind, very prompt with any questions and help needed! We are in a great location close to the beach and tons of restaurants, many different grocery stores, & anything else you can think of!Would definitely recommend checking it out if you’re looking to relocate!

An awesome gated community tucked into a great location, conveniently close to everything you’d need. Nice and friendly neighbors, fun activities, and great front office. We have enjoyed our time here and are looking forward to staying for a while, highly recommend considering seaside for your next apartment!

The property manager, Andrea Lopez has been a huge blessing from the word “go”. When I learned in the middle of February that I had only a few days before I was moving to Florida from South Carolina, Andrea was so fast with making sure I had an easy and quick transition from applying to moving in. She always goes above and beyond to make sure all of my needs are taken care of. It’s helped having a property manager like her when I’ve moved so far away from my family and everything I’ve known. I love my neighbors as well and I know I’m in good hands.

My husband and I moved to Seaside over three months ago and from the beginning Andrea Lopez has been extremely helpful. It’s been a wonderful transition to the beach.Andrea has been next level wonderful with information, responding to questions I’ve had and with getting all the paperwork processed in such a timely manner.The property feels safe and relaxed, just as the beach should feel in my opinion. I’m really happy with the apartment and office. I think I made a wonderful choice with Seaside Apartments.

We moved from Wimberley at Deerwood Apartments to Seaside Apartments in January 2023 solely based on our relationship and interactions with the property manager, Andrea Lopez. Our son has lived here for over a year, which is how we met Andrea. He had great things to say about the property and her, so when we were between apartments and staying with our son, we had the chance to see firsthand for ourselves. Andrea has developed a personal relationship with her tenants and goes above and beyond her role/job. She genuinely cares about everyone here and treats us fairly. She and Genna (maintenance) ensures the property is clean and well-maintained.Seaside's location is perfect. The beach is less than two miles from here. There are numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance or a short bike ride, which I highly recommend. We didn't feel at home with our other apartment, but we definitely love coming home to Seaside.
