Browsing for apartments i came across seaside . This apartment community is super clean and well kept . Went on a tour of a 3 bedroom and was priced perfect for our budget. There was a dog park and beautiful swimming pool . Thank you so much Mike for the tour and all the information you provided us. Look forward to applying.

Mike was super helpful all the way through and beyond my move in date. The area and apartment are great, anything that I could need is within walking distance and the community is very clean!

I absolutely love living at Seaside. I’ve been here almost 3 years and can’t say enough about how warm and welcoming the community is and that I’d largely due to Mike and his commitment to making this a wonderful place for everyone who lives here. And it’s a mile from the beach - you really can’t beat it!
