I absolutely love living at Seaside. I’ve been here almost 3 years and can’t say enough about how warm and welcoming the community is and that I’d largely due to Mike and his commitment to making this a wonderful place for everyone who lives here. And it’s a mile from the beach - you really can’t beat it!

Nice community & units. Convenient to Beaches Town Center and the Beach! The Property Manager Mike is very professional and friendly! If you’re looking to rent in Atlantic Beach, definitely check it out.
