“I came in due to my car shaking around 40 mph, and I needed a new axel, tie rods and a stabilizer bar and all came to about $2k, but they said if I got it all done they’d cut me a deal and they gave me almost a $600 discount for it! Diagnosed my car for free and honored their deal. I will be coming back for more maintenance! Best mechanic I’ve been to in Jax!!”

“I had an incredibly stressful situation with my 2013 Hyundai Sonata and ended up bringing it here after a bad experience elsewhere. From the start, the level of professionalism and empathy was completely different.
The manager, Trey, went out of his way to personally help me get my key out of the ignition when my car became inoperable. That alone meant a lot.
They waived the diagnostic fee, for the trouble I’d been through at the other location, and kept me informed throughout the process. The entire ignition assembly was replaced quickly and my car is running perfectly now.
What really stood out was how respectful and understanding they were. They took the time to explain everything clearly and never made me feel dismissed.
I’m genuinely grateful for how this team handled everything and would absolutely return to this location in the future.”

“Typically a good service center. This visit there was the issue of replacing the wrong tire, so I had to wait extra time after I inspected the vehicle for things to be corrected. I also had to reset the tire pressure in all tires as the service attendant inflated the tires incorrectly.”
