Besties with the owner and coworkers. when you go to buy there is a sign that says “no refund or return after exiting the store”. therefore, you should think about it before you buy and leave. the bad review is not really how this place is, they just expected to be special and get a refund. anyways, COME TO JAXSMOKESHOP amazing customer service and awesome products”
