“Went in because the place I used to go to doesn’t carry my vape juice the guy in there Decarlo went above and beyond literally searched his whole inventory for me to get me something similar to what I wanted since they didn’t carry it. Not only did he get me what I wanted but he spent 35 minutes making sure I left with an ejuice I wanted. Great guy they definitely have a valuable employee there he should be the store manager if he isn’t already!!! Thanks brother”

“I went to make a purchase in the Royalty Smoke Shopwith Sydney. When I got home I was having a problem that was completely my fault so I went back in the next day per Hannah when I called the shop to get some help. I walked in and dealt with Alex who like the other 2 employees was VERY helpful and so very nice. Also the store is very clean and has quite the variety of products. Thank you Alex for being super nice and helpful. I walked in feeling stupid and walked away feeling very sure that I was going to be able to work the device.. Very HAPPY with my experience.”
