“This place is now my go to place for vehicle repair. I own a 15 Yukon and I have been having issues with the check engine light. I took the vehicle to 2 Dealers with unsatisfactory results.My issue was, I kept having an issue with the check engine light. I took the vehicle to one dealer and they said it was a spark plug issue, even though I had just changed the spark plugs. I agreed to let them change the plug, two days later, the check engine light came back on, with the same codes. Frustrated, I took the vehicle to another Dealer. The second dealer said it was a fuel injector, they replaced the fuel injector, 2 days later the light was back on same codes. When I talked to the Service Advisor, I asked him if it could have anything to do with the TSB ( Technical Service Bulletin), which the the lifters are known for throwing the same codes. I was told no it was another fuel injector and I should watch how I drive. I had told him that its a V8 and when I merge in traffic, I need it to get up to speed. Needless to say, it didn't fix the issue, and the light came on again, so I took it to Expert Auto.I took the SUV in, with the paperwork showing everything that I had done and told them that its not fixing the issue, and I think that it may have something to do with the TSB. Ken told me he would take care of it and check out what was going on. He actually listened to my concerns.After having the vehicle and diagnosing Expert Auto was able to determine not only were the lifters not working (this was part of the Service Bulletin that I had asked the Dealer about) but the cylinder was oblong so the piston was not creating the combustion, it needed. They worked tirelessly with my Extended Warranty and got my engine covered under warranty and finally got the issue corrected and verified it was fixed, by test driving the same way that I told them issue would happen.If you want to be listened to and not only your concerns to be listened to but diagnose the vehicle correctly. “I found this place last year when my hybrid battery system went out and was recommended as barely no one will work on Hyundai hybrids. Refused to get ripped off at the dealer again!!!! “When the bite point of my clutch was getting really high and I noticed the clutch was slipping while driving on 295 to a friend's holiday party I knew I needed to get the clutch checked out. I called Cottman transmission on Monday, dropped the car off in the evening right before closing, they checked it out, and called me Tuesday morning saying that they can order the parts and get the clutch fixed by the next day. I came back Wednesday morning and driving the car felt great, they gave me some guidance on what to look for in how the clutch is adjusted and asked I come in for a follow up in a few days to make sure everything is working great.
