“I was having mechanical problems with my 2005 Corvette C6 and brought it into Ortega Car Care, it was making a loud squeaking noise, and it was overheating, the change oil light and check engine light was on. They got me in the schedule right away, I had the car towed in on Monday 8/19 in the afternoon, they explained what could possibly be the issues and would check it out completely. Tuesday morning they did their engine evaluation and what they found to be the problem , was the water pump was worn out and had to be replaced , and replace the water pump housing, gaskets , and belts and provided me a detailed very fairly priced estimate, which I approved, right away. They kept me informed by text daily. They had to order one part, the water pump, and it was delivered on Thursday, Friday morning they called that it was all fixed , I went and picked it up, Paul explained all the issues and showed me the worn out water pump, they did little detailed things that matter a lot ,like filling the coolant, they replaced a blown tag light bulb and did a oil change, all at no charge, it shows what a professional caring garage they are, providing fast outstanding, helpful reliable service ,that you can trust.
As long as I have the Corvette, they have a loyal customer for life!”

“Supreme Diesel experience was amazing. The techs are extremely knowledgeable responsive and they do phenomenal work. My vehicle was slow sluggish and running rough, but since I got it serviced it has never run so good. If you have a diesel I strongly recommend that u have it serviced here. One of the few mechanics in Jacksonville that actually knows how to work on a diesel. The ford truck diesel dealer was never able to fix the issue for years, but Supreme Diesel did the first time I took it in.”

“I own a small plumbing company so I have a few vans, I used to use shifters Transmissions until Andy sold it the new guy there I would not trust! So I had a transmission problem van was stuck in second gear took it to Bill's Transmission yesterday morning he said it might take a couple days before he could get to it. I guess he got some Spare Time went out and checked it out called me back about 4 hours later said that the van was fixed it was a relay that controlled the shift solenoids! Originally he had quoted me around $3,300 to 3,500 to rebuild the transmission which I was prepared to pay, so what I'm saying is it's good to know that there are people like this out here still that you can trust I would recommend everybody whether business owners are just normal people because of the service I received yesterday”

“I just have to share my recent experience with Wheels on Road, this automotive repair shop. So, I blew a tire, I called them and got in the same day. They diagnosed my tire within 10 minutes. And they let me know I could either replace it, or replace 2, or replace all 4. No upsell. So, I replaced a couple and I came back. I came back for struts. They undercut the cost that Mavis suggested by 200 dollars. And I had to ask them to check the struts! There’s no upselling! They’re honest. They’re reliable. I’ve returned since. I got a TPM sensor replaced. I got more tires replaced. I got my oil changed and filters replaced. And I’m gonna return because I’ve got a little more work that needs to be done. Again, I highly recommend, check out Wheels on Road. Top tier. Five stars. You will be taken care of and, as a woman, I promise you will not be confused and you will not be upsold. I love it! “Jose and Erik provided great auto diagnostic & repair and much appreciated customer service.
I made an appointment by phone, but my battery gave up on my way there. I called Jose and told him what happened and he contacted a tow truck to give us a lift. Erik explained their approach and gave me an estimate - which was familiar as Jose explained the process when I called for the appointment. Maxi’s provided an Uber to take me home and when the repair was complete, they offered to send an Uber to bring me back. Erik went over the repairs [serpentine belt broke which resulted in loss of power steering & red light /battery icon on instrument panel; water pump also needed replacing; and other worn out parts replaced], which were documented and texted with photos during the process — the most professional repair and customer service I’ve seen. The cost was fair and my car is back to running smoothly. Thanks, Jose & Erik!”

“Carey in the front office was so nice and helpful. He didn’t try to add on unnecessary work or pressure me about anything. I live close and the guys in the shop offered to drive me home when I dropped off my vehicle. My car had been making a noise for about 6 months and has been evaluated by three other shops including a dealership but Action Transmission was the only one to give me a correct diagnosis. “Ended up buying a 2014 Dodge Charger R/T Plus with 52k miles on it from the auction. It was overheating after replacing the radiator, which had a pin hole in it, and the thermostat. Came here for a diagnostic and replaced the gaskets, the heads were not damaged and a new water pump. I’ve had the car back for almost a week and the car floats on air, no more over heating. The wait time was almost 2 weeks after being told it would be ready within a week. JD was fair on good quote considering the work that needed done. Hank is very cool. I highly recommend their work.”

“I had a transmission issue in my 2020 Ram 1500 when I was in Warner Robins Georgia last week. I took it to the dealership there because it tripped a code. They stated that I probably needed a new transmission, but it was safe to drive back to Florida. I started searching for transmission shops and ran across Cargo Transmissions. Spoke with John I told him the issues that I was having and what the dealership in Georgia said. He said drop it off and they will get to it as soon as they can. They called me the next day said that they couldn’t get the Transmission to act up or trip any codes. When I went to pick it up, I met the owner Gary and spoke with both him and John two of the most honest people that I have ever met. Had a great conversation with them before leaving. There’s a reason that they have been open for over 40 years. You do not find many people like this anymore. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing any type of mechanical repairs. The will be my mechanic shop for all of my vehicles.”
