I’ve been going here for years and the staff has always been helpful and pleasant. I’ve never had to wait long (even during the holidays!). I’ve sent mail, returned Amazon packages, and used their notary service. All good, every time. This is my go-to UPS store.

Employees are always super helpful and friendly and quick. However owner will stop by and make it known he is the owner but not greet or even acknowledge customers in the queue. He should try to be better at customer service like his employees.
