SCAM ALERT!! This store charges a $4 “computer fee” to print a prepaid shipping return label. I went to another UPS store location and they did not have this service charge. Seriously…$4 to print a shipping label for something prepaid….WOW.

The manager of this location was extremely rude on the phone when inquiring about a package. Marissa (If that’s even her real name) talked over me and then hung up on me. She needs better customer service training or at the very least some sort of additional ethics training. I was just inquiring about a package that customer service said was lost in transit and this was the most recent UPS location that it was handled at.

Who stole my return purse at the Ups store?
I brought my return purse pancake on the 6th of Dec to the UPS store located 1015 Atlantic Blvd, Atlantic Beach, FL 32233. Manger is Marisa. The guy who accepted my packages told me there was no receipt for it. I trusted and left. It took a long time, no refund still, I attracted it was missed! and this purse spent me $33:01, its not experienced, but it's not cheap either. I called many times and went to the same Ups store again and again. The last time, the manager Marisa told me with dignity, she has no responsibility for my package! It's my choice, which it was my fault to choice to the UPS! Please, anyone, can tell me what happened my return purse? Because another lady who works in that store she told me my package has even been scammed yet. I do not know who stole my return purse, please?

Inconsistent pricing among employees, when questioned why, got sarcastic comment from employee today. He tried to show me a price listed on the wall that was blocked by boxes. I asked for owners name he said it was Pete, he had no number and said he was out of the country. There is no reason one employee charges $3 dollars and change on 12/20 and today I was charged $ 8 dollars and change for same fax. It is worth it to ride to the South end of the beach UPS, they are fair, consistent and have customer contact skills.

Terrible experiences (2). I have had two packages in less than 8 months not get scanned. The staff is no help and couldn’t care less. Basically it’s my problem not theirs. The first package, they did not give us the proper receipt and it cost me over $1400 to a vendor that never received the items and because I did not have the correct receipt for proof, I had to pay. They did nothing to assist. Didn’t care. The most recent one, I called today and spoke to a woman who had zero empathy for the situation. Really sad but I guess this is the way it goes. Do yourself a favor and pick a different location.

Staff is extremely under trained on how to print quality posters and anything more complicated than an 8 by 11 full page doc… we can all do at home. Please train your staff on how to use the printing technology you have! The community would appreciate it.

A few years ago this place had a pretty mixed reputation, due mostly to the owners unique ability to be either very kind or somewhat surly. Today, the staff is unfailingly welcoming and helpful.
I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes even when there are several people in line. Although the post office is usually option, the wait there is much longer regardless of how many people are in line and you have to work really hard to get a kind word or a smile even from the unfailingly surly nearby Mayport Road post office staff.
They have self-service personal mailboxes, paper shredding, packaging, computers and printing.

When I have a coping a coating need, I always go to this UPS store on Atlantic. They are the best team. They’re all qualified knowledgeable and quick whenever I come in there always say hi. I’m at my office and they always laugh. I always get a warm welcome and answer all my questions. This is the place to go on the beach thank you Elaine Basham.

There is mold inside the UPS inside the plaza on the corner of Atlantic and Hodges. If you walk in, you can smell it immediately. When it rains, it smells worse. I told UPS to ask for help when they called the building manager the manager showed up and said there was nothing wrong. That is a bold faced lie. I looked them up. I try to get a hold of them. They don’t wanna hear it, there is mold people deathly ill black mold that will lead up to lawsuits. I am very experienced with mold no one is listening. Nobody is fixing the mold! There is definitely a leak. You can smell it! I feel sorry for the people that work there. Otherwise this is a five star business always always a five star business, but no one is taking care of their employees here at this location.
