I really wish there was an option to rate Autoline and the amazing staff there a 10 because they truly deserve it!

My previous vehicle let me down without any warning. As a travel nurse, that is no bueno. I searched some lots and dealers outside the Jax area without any luck. On a Sunday, when most dealers in my area are closed, Autoline was open and I met Shawn. I found a beautiful, clean vehicle in the lot and knew I had found my next car.

My situation was a little challenging, but Shawn never gave up, worked really hard and was able to get me in to the vehicle I wanted. He was patient and kind, but more than that, he was upfront and and made me feel super comfortable through the entire process.

Today, when I arrived to pick up my car it was parked out front, clean and shiny with a full tank of gas. David greeted me with a huge smile and even shared a cool tip with me about my car.

The process of signing all the financing and dealer paperwork was super smooth and fast and handled with absolute professionalism by Jeremy. It truly was the best experience I have ever had.

Autoline prides themselves on customer service and they should, because they deliver!
