“I searched around a number of dealers in the area for a lightly used 2022 BMW X5 PHEV (very hard to find) and without fail, every single dealer either tried to pack the sale with garbage fees or in one case, tried to sneak past an accident on the carfax. These were the "reputable" dealers with fancy coffee machines, free breakfast and cavernous showrooms. I have news for you - all those free drinks and fancy buildings do in fact, cost money - your money! In contrast, Used Car Factory is not spending their money on a latte bars and passes on those savings in the form of fair pricing. When it came time to make the deal, Carlos was extremely knowledgeable of the process and offered a competitive price without haggling, hidden fees or any of the other monkey business that usually makes buying a car a miserable experience. It was a pleasure to work Christian and Carlos and would definitely buy another car from them. If these guys aren't careful, they are going to give used car salesmen a good name!”

“CarMax did a great job with completing the purchase including arranging financing and we drove off with a new tag. The sales person, Kimberly was courteous and knowledgible. We have purchased cars at other dealerships which took hours to complete, but it seemed like CarMax made the process much quicker.
They processed our new vehicle as we completed the paperwork and the sales order and when we walked out to the breezeway to get into our new car, they had a bow placed on it just to add to our buying experience - a very nice touch!
We did have an issue with the car after we took it home, we found that it was missing a rear wiper blade. We contacted our salesperson and she worked it out with us to purchase wiper blades and reimbursed us for the purchase. I have no problem with buying a car from CarMax in the future. They make it easy.”
