“Okayyyy so I had thee best experience with Emily Sanchez!! This is my second purchase in a row from enterprise. First one was Tampa enterprise and now this location in Jacksonville. So I didn’t know anyone prior to arriving.She didn’t pressure me, helped me with all my options, she was patient on me deciding what extras I could or didn’t want to add. While I was at work in a clinic (patient flow makes it hard to be on your cell) she was able to look up 2 cars for me after I sent her the VINS and gave me a clear view of what my payments would be… which helped me pic my vehicle. It was also a crappy rainy day for me ( got soaked to my socks) and she was just so kind and caring throughout the whole process and she even made sure I got some trash bags so I wouldn’t have to drive an hour + home soaked and wet in my new car.”

“Went down to see the over landing vehicles for sale a couple weekends ago with my Son. We were interested to see what all Mario had in person. I didnt realize that you need to plan ahead and make an appointment which I do recommend. But despite not doing this Mario (senior) took time out of his busy Saturday to meet and let us browse and ask questions even taking pictures. Mario is extremely friendly, and accommodating. I plan to take my 1996 Land Cruiser to him to have some overlanding Mods installed. This family really cares about the customers and it really shows when you meet them in person.
