I love her unique designs and will create anything you need. She has designed my rehearsal dress to night out on the town dresses. She also makes nice tops, skirts and shorts for me too! I can’t say enough good things about Erin Healy Designs! Everyone I know uses her for fashion week to beach club settings. She rocks her shop!”

Although she was juggling multiple in-store customers she addressed the problem, found another Jacket in another location, processed the sale and gave me instructions to handle the return at her showroom. “I usually do not write reviews but I feel compelled to write this one. My mother and I traveled from Massachusetts to Jacksonville on Saturday 6/11/22 to attend funeral services for my brother in law who had just passed from a battle with ALS. My mom brought dresses with her however there was record breaking heat for the day of the service. She badly wanted something more weather appropriate, while on our way into White House Black Market at the Town Center, on Sunday 6/12/22 she felt faint, dizzy and couldn’t make the treck inside (my mom 79 has a pre-existing heart condition and heat and humidity make it very difficult for her) I went inside the store to look for her. I fell upon a beautiful light weight dress. I was torn on size and wanted my moms approval before I purchased. After speaking with one of the sales reps on the floor about my situation she came up with a plan to be able to show my mom the dress and check sizing, she actually brought the dress outside and walked it to the car with me. My mother just loved the dress and they had her size!!!! I want to THANK Jackie personally for going above and beyond and for being so accommodating. You made what was a very tough day a little more bearable!!! This location is very lucky to have her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“I feel in love with this place! I bought a beautiful and useful straw hat. Tammy bought a dress and a purse. I don't think this place has clothing for the full size woman, but they sure had some cute clothing for Tammy(she's tiny). They have hats, jewelry and many more things. The Proprietors are, I believe are all family members, which you can see the close bond they have. They continued to work and help us when we had a question or needed help. Great store. Prices:$$$ Recommend? Definitely YES!”
