“Always a wait at the deli counter, even with 4 clerks working behind the counter! I guess they ARE busy with other jobs, but they expect the customer to wait on the one guy slicing! Every single time, I hear "we'll be right with you!"
The deli manager was busy talking to the sub makers & their customers. Expedite & get me out of there as quick as other Publixes!
Don't go in here if you are in a hurry!

“The people at this Publix are either super friendly and ask you if you need help finding anything, and others don't even make eye contact or say anything at all.
My other issue (all Publix) is self- checkout. I hate that! I always go through a line with a working human. People need jobs and self-everything is replacing them. Sad. I refuse to pay the same price and do the work at the register. Ppl that do their own checkout, bag, and carry out to their cars deserve a DISCOUNT!

“Mixed review about this location because the pharmacy is definitely 5 stars they always go above and beyond to help out. The store itself is when I have issues. It's half younger employees would say high school teens to younger college kids and some older employees. Anytime I have an older employee meaning anyone above 30 they are helpful and friendly... anytime I ask younger ones it's attitude not friendly .. anytime I checkout they are on their phone or busy talking to each other about their day and they what they are doing at night or whomever they have issues with. Very unprofessional and could wait until the customer is gone. My review is very heavily weighed on the pharmacy and the assistance of the older employees.”

During my visit, I had a question about a product, and an employee went out of their way to assist me, even providing a recommendation for a similar item when the one I was looking for was out of stock.
Checkout was efficient and pleasant. The cashier greeted me with a smile, and the bagger carefully packed my groceries, ensuring that fragile items were well-protected. There were no long waits, despite the store being fairly busy.
In terms of location, Woods Walk Plaza is convenient with ample parking space. The overall ambiance of the plaza is pleasant, making the shopping trip even more enjoyable.

“Its really best pharmacy i deal with in all my life No exaggeration specially DR. Mazen the owner and the pharmacist he help me with all my concerns about my medications really he is knowledgeable pharmacist because i have colitis IBD and i cant take any medications i need to be careful because some of medicines make my colitis worst like ibuprofen, naproxen and diclofenac etc. Frankly, he is a very good listener, even to my many questions sometimes, and he answers me with kindness. He also provides a delivery service sometimes. One of their most important features is that there is never a delay in receiving the medications, unlike other pharmacies. They don't have it in stock and I keep getting told they don't know when they will. I had my doctor send it to Walgreens and they didn't have it but they ordered it and I'll be picking it up today. So I don't understand why they didn't just order it.”
