Customer service at this Publix is exceptional. The staff members are friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. During my visit, I had a question about a product, and an employee went out of their way to assist me, even providing a recommendation for a similar item when the one I was looking for was out of stock.
Checkout was efficient and pleasant. The cashier greeted me with a smile, and the bagger carefully packed my groceries, ensuring that fragile items were well-protected. There were no long waits, despite the store being fairly busy.
In terms of location, Woods Walk Plaza is convenient with ample parking space. The overall ambiance of the plaza is pleasant, making the shopping trip even more enjoyable.

My first encounter through the drive-thru window working with Roshan was such a pleasant experience that I know I made the right choice by switching. Walgreens has nothing wrong, CVS is just closer. But, Roshan made sure to thoroughly help me and took time into figuring out solutions to my transfer, insurance info, as well as prices. He did not rush me nor make me feel judged over personal info I needed to explain. His customer service skills are awesome; and he promptly as well as efficiently gets his customers’ orders filled. Later, I had to call and leave a vm about a question. Within minutes Roshan promptly called me back with a solution.”

“I have lived up the street from here for 25 years. It used to be a field of grass. I can't remember when it was built but have been coming here ever since so maybe 20 yrs.? It used to be open 24 hours. Anyway, these employees are the best!!!. They are kind, helpful, knowledgeable, empathetic, go out of their way to help for whatever you need. They only time they may be a little slow or seems that way is cause I'm chewing their ear off, rattling on about who knows what. Haha. I have had delivery orders for groceries lost and tried to shag them down myself. And they have always come thru for me. And by the way, not their fault the orders are lost”
