Did away with boost up so you can get a new phone with payments. Was told by online rep they use another company now but you have to go through them but no option online to do so. Went in store and was told they don't do it I have to go online. Always get conflicting and wrong information.

The people here have been so nice and helpful. Even when I'm being techno challenged they have been patient and explained in a way i could understand. Never had a problem with Boost service either.

I had recently received the new sim 5G card and was having difficulty keeping connected to the network.I visited this store and met with a Mr. Leo where I explained in-depth and in length the dilemma and difficulties I was having with the phone.He had done a diagnostic on my phone and realized it was the phone not compatible to the sim card. He gave me a thorough explanation on connectivity with 5G.I had no intentions of purchasing a new phone, but the overall professionalism in Mr. Leo made me purchase a new.He was patience, courtesy, professional and he answered all the questions I asked with reasonable answers.

I have been with boost mobile for over 18 years or linger. Back when they had the beep beep phones. They have great plans for families. They also have a shrinkage plan at certain locations. If you have not updated your plan and running slow you might want to call and update your service. They do not have the Xfinity wireless internet in some parts of Florida which sucks because I have like 4 devices I have bought from them for wifi. It would be really AWESOME if they would add all of Florida counties in the service. Other than that I love ? Boost ? Mobile. Thank you April Brasher in the Jacksonville, Arkansas and North Little Rock area for being so helpful and kind. I even got another phone service from her along with some internet. She is an AWESOME sales person ?.

I went to 6 different boost stores after switching my device. Could not recieve calls for almost a month no one would help! Most stores said it was network nothing they could do, the rest where telling me it was my phone. Neither was the case. The rep at this store awesome had phone fixed in 5 mins tops. She deserves recognition.

Nice place, my husband came here to get his new phone and walked out happy. The only thing I would change is there be 1 more employee to assist the other customers or at least a "I'll be with you shortly".

Stephanie was great getting my wife started with her new account. Boost Mobile is lucky to have her as she gave my wife great customer service making her switch from MetroPCS by T-mobile that much easier. The store was neat and organized. The store was easy to find and easy to get into. I really hope she likes it here. Thanks Stephanie!!
