Ivanna was amazing! She had problems porting my phone number but she never gave up. She never said ‘sir theres nothing I can do so maybe you should buy a new phone. No she didnt do that! She instead stuck to it and got it all done. Thank you thank you for saving me from Tmobiles $160 a month!
