On a fourth visit I applied for and received my car loan. All four times I have visited the Auburndale branch I've been greeted by officers with smiles on their faces and a genuine caring attitude as to my issues. I cannot begin to say how much I appreciate their helpfulness in solving my issues. I am a retired bank employee from up north and started my career as a mortgage loan processor, became a loan officer and finished as a senior underwriter. I know good customer service when I see it. It doesn't get any better than at MidFlorida's Auburndale branch! This goes for the cashiers also! Always greeted with a smile and an offer to help.”
