“So clean, bright and welcoming when you walk in the door. The staff is awesome, helpful with information about the area and patient. The breakfast was awesome and always replenished. The staff kept the room clean and stocked.It's close to walmart, gas stations and restaurants.The rooms were as bright and cheerful as the lobby. The beds were so comfortable.We are in thus area at least twice a year, this will be our hotel of choice from now on.”

“The staff are kind & and courteous.The room was clean with comfortable mattresses.The only drawback is that they have a stove in the room, but it doesn't work.Excellent wifi.And we absolutely LOVED the pool.Oh yeah, and the location was great.And they let me park my semi here.I would certainly stay here again.Walkability: Convenient to local stores & restaurants within walking distance.”

“Not bad for the price for a week. Owners Sandy and Dennis were attentive to needs and they handle any issues quickly. Although they need a few upgrades they are taking the time to remodel soon as well as having a new roof put on. They are fair and don't give any problems. I haven't seen any drug activity or loitering guests its actually really quiet. It would be nice if they had a pool or an ice machine but they will give ice if you ask for it. They have gotten all new sheets and blankets for the beds as well as using a laundry service to professionally clean the sheets. And the towels are no longer dirty. They have made a lot of improvement and worked on their customer service skills.”

“We checked in after leaving a less than desirable motel. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Before that, the staff at the counter are wonderful. We had arrived before the normal checkin time and they accommodated us.The location is not the greatest. It is central to everything in Winter Haven and that's great but the homeless people around and the construction next door left something to be desired. The constant pot smell and the pets barking at early hours were not something I expected. And after sleeping on a rather stiff bed, we were ready to leave.Once the construction is done I'm sure the area will improve. If you prefer stiff beds, and partake in the sticky icky, this place is great. Affordable and clean with a very courteous and helpful staff.”

“Hotel is in renovation so it's a little rough around the edges but the staff are amazing.Especially Kamil the nightime clerk is awesome!Definitely has alot of potential after renovation is done. Room very clean and housekeeping is great.I didn't have a microwave in my room butvoncevi mentioned that the manager Harry got right on it.Definitely recommend if on a budget.Close to Lego land and not far from Disney.”

“I stayed there a few times didn't mind that they had started renovations no roaches bed was comfy they accept pets..... Room was clean and smelled great they have options of smoking or non smoking.....i seen some of their reviews and think to myself ppl like to complain to much!!!!! I own my home here in winter Haven but cause of hurricane Ian i lost my roof but now that Nicole is coming I'd rather go here rather than be scared in my home with another storm.... Well Nicole came by and these ppl put us in a roach infestation room up stairs the room rSmelled like cucarachas and cigarettes... We paid up till Saturday but left Thursday night.... In the middle of the storm 370 wasted i think that night i took 4 baths to get the smell off of me!!!! Horrible stay and for that price i should have went to roadway inn!!!! These ppl are only the travel lodge Wyndham is not affiliated with them at all!!!”
